Wing and Wing Productions, founded by Janis Johnson and Ken Neely in 2007, produces podcasts, films, travel documentaries and multimedia educational tools to expand awareness of environmental and sociological issues. The R/V Kuani, a 1978 Cascade 42 HS ketch acquired in 2010, is the platform for documenting our adventure and creating an environment conducive to learning and exploring the world. Captain Ken Neely provides sailing instruction both privately and in American Sailing Association (ASA) certified teaching facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Janis Johnson provides commercial voice-over production via the internet and through personal proposal. Janis is also ASA certified.
Together, we have hosted sailing vacations in the San Francisco Bay, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean. We aim to produce a web-series that focuses on exposure to global environments, cultures and cuisines through the lens of our experience cruising the oceans of the planet.
